About Love & Waves
Hi! I’m Nicole Pallozzi Lerch, founder of Love & Waves Socials, & wedding content creator for modern romantics who care just as much about how their wedding day feels as how it looks. My love for capturing real moments began long before content creation was ever considered a career, back when I traded my Blackberry for my first iPhone and realized how powerful it felt to freeze time. What started as a passion became a purpose: preserving emotion, memory and meaning in a way that feels honest, lived-in and timeless.
As a 2025 bride myself, I deeply understand how fleeting and emotional the wedding experience truly is. The anticipation. The quiet moments. The in-between glances. The energy in the room. The feeling of it all happening so fast. My own journey to “I do” shaped not just my work, but my philosophy — that the most important moments aren’t always the loudest ones and the most meaningful moments often live in the in-between.
Love & Waves was created in 2024 for couples who value story over perfection. Who want their day documented authentically, not overly produced. For couples, who want to relive the feeling of their wedding day, not just the highlights. For those who are drawn to nostalgia, emotion, storytelling and content that feels calm, intentional and real.
The name Love & Waves is deeply personal. “Love” represents the heart of everything I do. The connection and the story. “Waves” represents home and the places that shaped me. Growing up in Rhode Island, the beach has always been my constant. The place where my favorite memories live, including many with my husband, Justin and my closest loved ones. From weekends on the Cape, to sunsets, pizza dates, our own proposal and wedding day and everything in between.
The Waves hold our story too.
Love & Waves isn’t just a brand. It’s a feeling. Its presence. It’s nostalgia. It’s calm. It’s capturing the moments before they become memories. & it’s an absolute honor to preserve that for every couple who trusts me with their story.

In 2018, I graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. I spent five years building my career in media and advertising working in sales, media planning and buying, sponsorships and podcast and audio advertising.
In June 2025, I left my corporate career to pursue Love & Waves full time. Turning my passion for storytelling into a purpose-driven brand rooted in emotion, intention and connection.
Today, I blend my professional media background with an editorial but candid approach to content creation for weddings, events, brands and everything in between.
